Well Christmas is pretty much over and it's time to reflect on all those unwanted presents we got (should they go straight on ebay) and of course think about those rocketry items we wanted but didn't get!

We have recently signed up with a great new up and coming small rocketry company in the US. Can't say too much yet, just keep an eye on this site, UTR and Rocketry Planet

The mad Xmas buying has now come to an end and no more can be shipped in time for Xmas. Our retail shop in Kent is open for anyone who must have that rocket for Xmas, but other than that we are now relaxing in time for Xmas.

We would like to thank all our customers over the year for purchasing from us and we will be there in 2007 for all your rocketing needs. We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

If you have a last minute present and you can't make it to the shop then we can still send parcels up to 11am Friday morning using the Saturday am delivery service. However it is an extra £26.95 above the normal courier price. Mad prices I know, but they are the couriers prices not ours.

We have added a couple of customised buttons for the chat program. They look much better and of course are in the rocket theme.

Today saw the last guaranteed day for Royal Mail First Class post. It was a very busy day as yesterday but all orders placed prior to 2pm were sent out by First Class if size allowed it. We can still ship orders, however they need to be by courier if they are to reach you by Christmas.

The last day for guaranteed Xmas delivery for First Class mail is the 19th not the 20th as we previously specified on our Xmas details. Royal Mail seem to have brought it forward a day this year.

It has been a very hectic day today. We have almost caught up with the Xmas rush. We do apologise to customers who havent received their parcels in the normal spritely manner to which they are acustomed with us. It has taken us a few days longer to process them just down to the sheer volume.

We have altered the website so that the Royal Mail postage option is no longer listed when you visit the checkout if you have hazardous goods in your basket. This will stop customers accidently choosing it instead of the correct courier option for their engines, igniters or quickmatch.

I didn't think 11.4" was going to be that big, but the newly arrived nosecone and airframe for Corpulent Cluster arrived today and they are huge. The chair is there for scale.

Although CROCK initially promised to be lovely, the cold wind soon came later in the afternoon. However, 2 cert flights were still done, a Level 1 by Mark Sawyer with his new PML Miranda and a Level 2 by Michael Cain with his PML Endeavour. Both immaculated painted and both passed with flying colours!

We have added LivePerson to the Online Store. LivePerson is an online chat product that allows customers to chat to us to get help and advice whilst browsing the store. This is just a trial for December whilst the Christmas shopping period is upon us. We are unsure if we will carry this on in 2007, but lets see how it goes.

The Black Knights turned out to be a very windy day, but it was nice to see a few new faces and say hello. I will certainly return to the Midlands and the Black Knights when the weather is warmer. Many thanks to Mark Purham and the club members that showed up for their hospitality.
