For those who are interested, here is the history of our online systems.
 3.0 Released Jan 2011
This release has some fairly large back end changes allowing us to offer
better stock control and stock allocations during the ordering process. This release
now uses stock figures taken from our new back end Warehouse Management system we
have been developing over the last year.

2.0 Released Dec 2008
After just over 3 years, the site needed a major facelift. Although we had an
excellent ecommerce site, the visual side was looking tired and needed a serious
freshen up. So we celebrated our third Christmas by releasing a new version of our
site. A great new look and branding matching the company van. We rewrote much of
the site in ASP.net, but still continue with a heavily modified CactuShop ecommerce
shop.

Over the next 3 years we continued to enhance the site, heavily customising the
CactuShop ecommerce part to include specific rocketry features and changing parts
of the site to ASP.net.

1.0 Released Nov 2005
The first release of our site. The ecommerce side was straight Cactushop, an off
the shelf ecommerce ASP product. The site was originally driven by an Access database,
however this was upgraded to SQLServer once we released the site was to receive
much heavier traffic than we appreciated.
