What is your cut-off time for ordering?
Our couriers picks up anytime between 12am and 3pm. Our Royal Mail pickup is at
5pm each working day. Due to the widely varying courier pickup time, we have to set
the cutoff time very early in the day however we try and ship where possible even
after these cutoff times as follows:
Business Post - All orders placed by 10am will be despatched that day. Orders
placed after 10am may be despatched the following day.
Royal Mail - All orders placed by midday will be despatched that day.
Orders placed after midday will be despatched the following day.
Note: Please remember we are a small hobby shop and therefore during busy
periods, it may take a few days to ship goods. We do not have a large warehouse
with masses of staff on hand so please be realistic with your expectations.

How long will it take to get my order?
Once you have placed your order, it will be manually verified.
If there are any issues we will contact you. As long as the order is ok, then we
try to ship next working day. Royal Mail is sent by
First Class or by Standard Parcel Service depending upon size and cost.
UK Businespost (our courier) is a next working day service.
Note: Please remember we are a small hobby shop and therefore during busy periods,

staff on hand so please be realistic with your expectations.

Can I order over the phone?
Yes you can order over the phone. Due to the legal age of 18 being required for the order of
rocket motors, we do insist customers pay using a credit card in order to prove their age.

Paying by Bank Transfer
You can of course pay for order using a bank transfer method. For many non EU countries we
sometimes insist on this payment method in order to reduce fraud. Our bank details are as follow:

Rocket Store has access to rocket manufacturers all over the world.
There are literally thousands of items and it is impossible to stock all of them. We
stock all common items used and requested. Items which sell infrequently or are simply
not cost effective to stock are referred to as Special Order items. There are some
important differences that you must be aware off for these items:
- This orders may take some time to get hold of. Our website gives
an approximate time that it will take to get the item to you.
- The price advertised and quoted on the website is an approximate price.
This may change based on exchange rates and shipping costs. When you place
an order for a Special Order item, we will let you know if we expect it to
be any different to the advertised price.
- Once the price has been agreed and we place the order for the item from the supplier,
the item is NON-REFUNDABLE.
