Dr Zooch - Little JoeHome > Little Joe
|
Named for the crap-game throw of a double deuce on the dice, the Little Joe was a test vehicle for the Mercury Program of the late 1950s. It was a cost saving measure, because it could be launched for 1/5th the cost of the full Mercury Redstone.
With this kit, you can pretend that you, too are out on Wallops Island for the historical launches. Do multiple test launches to ensure that your rocket is safe for your astronauts!
